The major of Environmental Engineering of Yunnan Agricultural University is affiliated to the College of Resources and Environment. The teaching and research focus of this major is mainly on farmland non-point source pollution control, soil heavy metal pollution treatment and restoration, and agricultural organic solid waste resource recovery. It started to enroll students in 2012.

The main discipline of environmental engineering is: environmental science and engineering.
