College of Resources and Environment of Yunnan Agricultural University is a teaching and research college with three levels of undergraduate, master and doctor education.I. Disciplines and majorsThe college has three key disciplines of Agricultural Resources and Environment, Environmental Science and Engineering and Plant Nutrition in Yunnan Province. It is one of the key disciplines of biodiversity in Yunnan Province and the training base for innovative talents in environmental science and engineering in Yunnan Province. Among them, the discipline of agricultural resources and environment is listed as A plateau discipline in Yunnan Province for construction.There are two master programs in agricultural resources and Environment, environmental Science and Engineering, and a doctoral program in plant Nutrition and disease control. 7 second-level master degree programs: Plant Nutrition, Soil Science, Agricultural Environmental Protection, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Facility Cultivation and Environment, Soil and Water Conservation and Desertification Control. Three professional master degree programs: Resource Utilization and plant Protection, Resources and Environment, agricultural Engineering and information Technology. 6 undergraduate majors: Agricultural Resources and Environment (provincial key), Environmental Science (university-level key), Land resources Management, environmental Engineering, ecology, physical geography and Resources and Environment.It has undertaken quality engineering projects such as provincial teaching team, provincial excellent courses, provincial bilingual courses, provincial teaching master studio, university-level teaching team, university-level curriculum construction project and university-level education reform project. There are two provincial excellent courses, soil fertilizer science and Environmental Ecology, and bilingual provincial demonstration course, Soil, Plant and Environment Analysis.

3. Faculty team


The college attaches great importance to the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of teachers, and constantly improves the academic and teaching level of the teachers. The age structure of the teachers is reasonable and the quality is high. There are 62 faculty members, including 17 professors, 25 associate professors and senior laboratory engineers. There are 7 doctoral supervisors and 35 master supervisors. There are 1 national talents, 1 expert enjoying the special government allowance of The State Council, 6 young and middle-aged academic and technical leaders and reserve talents of Yunnan Province, 1 Outstanding teacher of Yunnan Province, and 7 "Top Young Talents" of The Ten Thousand Talents Plan of Yunnan Province.

4. Research platform

5. Scientific research


Based on agricultural resources and environmental conditions at low latitudes and high altitudes, the College aims at the resource and environmental problems such as unbalanced distribution of soil, fertilizer and water resources, inefficient utilization of agricultural resources, soil erosion and soil degradation, plateau lake non-point source pollution, and soil heavy metal pollution in southwest Plateau region of China. In crop production, product quality, efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable utilization of resources as the goal to carry out scientific research, in the efficient utilization of nutrient resources, plateau characteristics of crop nutrition regulation, farmland, farmland and degradation of soil and water conservation soil heavy metal pollution repair, plateau agricultural non-point source pollution control obvious regional features and advantages.


In recent years, he has presided over more than 60 national, provincial and ministerial research projects, including national Key RESEARCH and development projects, sub-projects of 973 Program, National Science and Technology Support Program, and National Natural Science Foundation of China, and more than 50 horizontal research projects. Among them, he has presided over more than 30 national Natural Science Foundation projects (1 joint fund, 1 international cooperation project), and is currently researching 28 national Natural Science foundation projects. More than 56 million yuan has been accumulated in the account. It has won 18 provincial and ministerial scientific research awards and 32 national patent grants.
